MONITORING & CONTINUOUS UPDATES

Keep your agentic commerce
integrations up to date.

Your catalogue, platform and the protocols around them keep changing. Your integration needs an owner after launch.

For teams with existing agentic commerce integrations. We review relevant changes, apply agreed updates and validate that the supported capabilities still work.

WHY ONGOING WORK MATTERS

The standards are moving.
Here is the evidence.

Updates can change required behavior, supported versions or security flows. Each relevant change needs an impact review.

UCP 25 AUGUST 2026

Capabilities and security evolve.

The UCP release added independent capability versioning and 3DS2 security support. Integrations need to track the versions and flows they depend on.

ACP 17 APRIL 2026

Requirements change between releases.

ACP deprecated its January 2026 version and made the Idempotency-Key header mandatory on POST requests. Version changes can require implementation changes.

These are examples from public specifications, not a claim that every store needs both protocols. Relevance is assessed against your implementation.

WHAT THE ENGAGEMENT COVERS

Watch the right surfaces.
Act on what matters.

01 / YOUR STORE

Integration health.

Check agreed interfaces and readiness signals. Investigate changes after catalogue, configuration or platform updates.

02 / THE ECOSYSTEM

Protocol changes.

Track the specifications your implementation uses. Review deprecations, new requirements and relevant capabilities.

03 / YOUR TEAM

Actionable reporting.

Explain what changed, the likely impact, the proposed response and who owns the next step.

FROM A FINDING TO A VERIFIED CHANGE

A closed loop.
A clear record.

The monitoring scope, review cadence and response responsibilities are agreed around your platform and priorities.

01

Observe against a baseline.

Define the interfaces, signals and protocol versions in scope. Establish the evidence against which future changes can be reviewed.

02

Assess the impact.

Determine whether a change affects a supported capability. Separate required maintenance from an optional extension and prioritize with your team.

03

Implement the agreed response.

Apply relevant updates through your deployment process, with ownership and dependencies documented.

04

Revalidate and report.

Run the relevant checks again, record the result and update the baseline. Keep a useful history of findings and decisions.

AN EXPLICIT OPERATING AGREEMENT

Define the commitment before it starts.

We agree which capabilities are covered, how often findings are reviewed, which updates are included and how additional work is approved. Start with your integration inventory, supported versions, deployment process and responsible contacts; access is agreed for that scope.

This engagement maintains agreed integrations. The agent-traffic analysis offer measures activity and is a separate service. Optional extensions, coverage hours and response commitments are defined in your agreement.
